| Spring Onion Swiss Roll Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 3 egg whites
- 120g caster sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 120g plain flour
- 2 tbsp spring onion flakes
- 150g butter cream

- Prepare the oven by preheating it to temperature of 200ºC. Grease and line the cake with baking paper.
- Beat egg whites until soft peaks are formed. Add in sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks are visible. Stir in egg yolks. Gently fold in sifted flour.
- Spread butter onto baking tin. Sprinkle with spring onion flakes. Bake for 6 minutes. Leave to cool.
- Turn cake onto a paper, spread with butter cream. Roll gently from wide end, using paper to lift and roll the cake.
- Spread butter cream over the roll and roll on spring onion flakes. Slice and serve.
