| Peanut Swiss Roll Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 7 eggs
- 120g caster sugar
- 140g plain flour
- 60g peanut butter
- 20g butter
- 100g peanut butter
- 100g butter cream

- Using an electric mixer on full speed, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gently fold in sifted flour, add in melted butter and mix till well combined.
- Spread batter evenly into a greased rectangular tin. Bake for the cake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200ºC. Leave to cool.
- Combine peanut butter and butter cream.
- Turn cake onto a paper, spread with peanut butter cream. Roll gently from narrow end, using paper to lift cake and guide roll.
