| Green Tea Swiss Roll Recipe |

- 5 eggs
- 100g caster sugar
- 110g plain flour
- 10g green tea powder
- 70g butter, melted
- 80g red kidney beans, canned
- 150g butter cream

Preparation

- Prepare the oven to temperature of 200ºC. Grease a rectangular cake pan and also line it with baking paper. Sprinkle red kidney beans onto the cake pan.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy by using a k-beater at full speed. Gently fold in sifted flour and green tea powder. Then add in melted butter and mix until well combined.
- Spread mixture into tin. Bake the cake for 8 to 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
- Turn cake onto a paper. Spread it with butter cream. Roll gently from wide end, using paper to lift cake and guide roll.
