| Cinnamon Roll Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 3 eggs
- 60g caster sugar
- 50g plain flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 10g cocoa powder
- 40g butter, melted
- 100g butter cream
- 1 tbsp jam
- 40g croquant
- 1 tsp almond flakes, toasted

Method

- Firstly preheat the oven to 180ºC. Then grease a rectangular 10 x 14 inches cake tin. Leave these baking tools aside.
- Using an electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually fold in sifted flour, cinnamon powder and cocoa powder. Add in butter, mix well.
- Spread mixture onto baking tin. Bake for 6 minutes. Leave to cool.
- Turn cake onto a paper, spread with butter cream. Roll gently from end, using paper to guide the rolling.
- Spread the jam over swiss roll. Garnish the roll with croquant and almond flakes.
