| Chicken Floss Roll Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 4 eggs
- 70g caster sugar
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- 80g plain flour
- 50g butter, melted
Chicken Floss Filling
- 100g butter cream
- 50g mayonnaise
- 50g chicken floss

Preparation

- Prepeare the oven first by setting it to heat up to 200ºC. Also prepare a greased rectangular cake tin of size 10 x 14 inches.
- Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in essence, mix well. Gently fold in sifted flour, add in melted butter, mix until well combined.
- Spread batter into tin. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. Leave to cool.
- Combine butter cream and mayonnaise, spread over the cake. Sprinkle some chicken floss over the cream. Roll gently from end, using paper to lift cake and guide roll.
- Spread some cream over the roll and roll on chicken floss. Slice and serve.
