Pie Crust Ingredients
- 200 g plain flour
- 60 g caster sugar
- 120 g butter
- 1 egg yolk
Pie Filling
- 100 g butter, softened
- 60 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 60 g plain flour
- 60 g grounded almonds
- 3 peaches, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Method
|
- To make crust, combine flour and sugar. Rub in butter, add in yolk to form dough.
- Press dough into molds.
- To make filling, combine softened butter with sugar. Add in eggs, then add in flour and grounded almonds, mix until blended.
- Pipe the batter into molds, decorate with peach slices. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes until cooked.
