Cashew Nut Cereal Cake

    A

  • 5 Eggs
  • 150 g of Brown Sugar
  • ˝ tsp of Salt
  • 1 tsp of Ovalette
  • B

  • 300 g of Superfine Flour
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • C

  • 150 ml of Milk
  • D

  • 150 g of Ground Cashews
  • 80 g of Cereal Flakes
  • ˝ tsp of Cinnamon Powder
  • E

  • 150 g of Melted Butter
  • 50 g of Cashew Nuts
  • Method

    1. Use high speed to beat ingredient until creamy and fluffy.
    2. Sieve ingredients (B) and add into ingredients (A) gradually.
    3. Stir in ingredients (C) and stir. Then add ingredients (D) into the mixture.
    4. Lastly stir in ingredients (E) lightly and quickly.
    5. Turn the mixture into the prepared tin immediately.
    6. Arrange ingredients (F) on top.
    7. Bake for 35 minutes in a oven at 180°C.
