| Seaweed Muffin Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 100g butter
- 100g shortening
- 100g icing sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 100g almond powder
- 120g cake flour
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp seaweed powder
- 30g ham, chopped finely
- 50g hard Brie cheese, chopped finely

Direction

- Thaw refrigerated butter. Beat together with shortening till pale yellow. Add icing sugar and beat till fluffy and pale yellow.
- Pour in beaten eggs over 4 times and mix well.
- Sift in cake flour and baking powder. Stir in almond powder followed by ⅔ seaweed powder. Add cheese and ham and mix well.
- Pour mixture into greased paper cups till 80% full. Lightly compact.
- Sprinkle with remaining seaweed powder. Bake at 170ºC for 18 to 20 minutes.
