- 200 g butter
- 180 g castor sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Ingredients B
Ingredients C (Mix until combined)
- 100 g oat flour
- 120 g self-raising flour
Ingredients D
- 4 tablespoons low fat plain yogurt

Method

- Cream A until light and fluffy. Add in B gradually, mix well.
- Fold in C until well incorporated, followed by D.
- Spoon the batter onto paper cup cake cases.
- Bake in preheated oven at 170ºC for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
