| Cranberry Muffin Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 160g butter
- 60g shortening
- 110g icing sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 170g cake flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 50g almond powder
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup fresh milk

Direction

- Beat butter and shortening together till fluffy. Add icing sugar, beaten eggs, cake flour, baking powder and almond powder. Stir well to form batter.
- Add dried cranberries and mix well.
- Thaw refrigerated fresh milk. Pour into batter over 2 to 3 times and mix well.
- Pour mixture into greased paper cups till 80% full. Bake at 170ºC for 18 to 20 minutes.
