Ingredients

100 g of Butter

100 g of Castor Sugar
2 g of Salt

120 g of Superfine Flour
1 tsp of Baking Powder
˝ tsp of Sodium Bicarbonate
60 g of Grounded Hazelnuts

50 ml of Milk
20 g of Cocoa Powder
100 g of Chocolate Chips
1 tsp of Chocolate Flavoring

2 Eggs
Directions
- Beat butter for about 30 seconds, and then add in ingredients B and beat for 3 minutes on high speed until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time. Beat well after each addition.
- Fold ingredients C and stir well. Add ingredients D and mix till well combined.
- Pour butter into a mould and bake for 15 minutes.
Baking Tips
- The eggs may be whisked separately before they are added to the butter.
- This is to prevent the eggs from curdling.
