Ingredients

4 Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
100 g of Sugar

200 g of Fresh Bananas (mashed)
1 tsp of Banana Flavor

180 g of High Protein Flour
30 g of Milk Powder
tsp of Sodium Bicarbonate
tsp of Baking Powder

180 g of Unsalted Butter (Melted)
Crunchy Walnut Topping
50 g of Unsalted Butter
80 g of Plain Flour
30 g of Brown Sugar
100 g of Chopped Walnut
Directions
Muffins Preparation
- Beat ingredients A till light and creamy.
- Then blend in ingredients B and mix well.
- Sift ingredients C. Fold in and blend well.
- Add in melted butter. Mix till well combined.
- Pour the mixture into muffin cups, then sprinkle with crunchy walnut topping and bake at 170°C to 180°C for 20 minutes.
Crunchy Walnut Topping Preparation
- Combine flour, brown sugar and butter.
- Stir in chopped walnts and keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
