A heart shape passion fruit mousse cake

    A

  • 10 g of Gelatin
  • 120 g of Sugar
  • 100 ml of Fresh Milk
  • B

  • 250 g of Dairy Whipping Cream
  • C

  • 250 g of Passion Fruit Puree
  • Preparation

    1. Mix ingredients A. Dissolve over heat and let it cool down.
    2. Beat ingredients B until light and fluffy. Then add in ingredients A and ingredients C and mix well.
    3. Pour the batter into mousse mould and freeze for 3 hours.
    4. Serve with passion fruit pulp on top.
