Vegetarian Raisin Fruit Cake

  • Ingredients

    Fruit Cake

    A

  • 250 g of Butter
  • 200 g of Castor Sugar
  • 1 tsp of Emulsifier
  • B

  • 350 ml of Milk
  • C

  • 320 g of Superfine Flour
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • D

  • 100 g of Raisin/ Blueberry Pie Filling
  • Method

    1. Beat ingredients (A) till light and fluffy.
    2. Gradually add in ingredients (B) on slow speed.
    3. Add in ingredients (C) and blend evenly.
    4. Stir in ingredients (D) and mix well.
    5. Place the mixture in 4 tins.
    6. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
