Apricots
Pineapple Slices
Black Currants

High Protein Flour
Baking Powder
Sodium Bicarbonate

100 g of Walnuts
50 g of Pumpkin Seeds
Preparation
- Bring mixture ingredients (A) to boiler point.
- Continue to cook over low fire 10 minutes.
- Remove from fire and leave to cool.
- Fold in ingredients (B) and mix well. Lastly add in ingredients (C).
- Turn the mixture into a lined mould.
- Bake in a moderate oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
