Raspberry Layer Cake Recipe

A slice of raspberry cake layered with hazelnut sponge

Ingredients

Sponge Cake Composition

  • 1 slice of chocolate sponge cake
  • 1 slice of hazelnut sponge cake
  • 1 slice of vanilla sponge cake
  • Raspberry Filling

  • 100 g of fresh cream (whipped)
  • 50 g of raspberry jam
  • 50 g of chocolate
  • Cake Garnishing

  • 150 g of fresh cream (whipped)
  • 80 g of raspberry jam
  • A few drops pink coloring biscuits
  • Some cherries
  • Preparation

    1. To make filling, mix 50g of whipped cream with raspberry jam; the remaining 50g of whipped cream mix with chocolate sauce.
    2. Spread raspberry cream onto chocolate sponge, cover with hazelnut sponge.
    3. Spread with chocolate cream, top with vanilla sponge cake.
    4. To decorate, combine whipped cream with raspberry jam and pink coloring, then coat over the cake.
    5. Decorate with biscuits, top with raspberry jam or as desired.
