Ingredients
Sponge Cake Composition
1 slice of chocolate sponge cake
1 slice of hazelnut sponge cake
1 slice of vanilla sponge cake
Raspberry Filling
100 g of fresh cream (whipped)
50 g of raspberry jam
50 g of chocolate
Cake Garnishing
150 g of fresh cream (whipped)
80 g of raspberry jam
A few drops pink coloring biscuits
Some cherries
Preparation
- To make filling, mix 50g of whipped cream with raspberry jam; the remaining 50g of whipped cream mix with chocolate sauce.
- Spread raspberry cream onto chocolate sponge, cover with hazelnut sponge.
- Spread with chocolate cream, top with vanilla sponge cake.
- To decorate, combine whipped cream with raspberry jam and pink
coloring, then coat over the cake.
- Decorate with biscuits, top with raspberry jam or as desired.
