Ingredients
Sponge Cake
A
4 Eggs
180 g of Sugar
4 g of Salt

130 g of Superfine Flour
C
26 ml of Milk
l tsp of Vanilla Essence
D
30 g of Melted Butter
Fruit Topping
300 g of Fresh Cream
4 pcs of Peaches
10 pcs of Red Cherries
100 g of Blueberry/ fruit jam
Preparation
Sponge Cake
- Whip ingredients (A) till light and
fluffy.
- Fold in ingredients (B) and mix till will blended.
- Add ingredients (C) and mix evenly.
- Add ingredients (D) and mix till well blended.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Decoration/ Fruit Topping
- Cut the cake into half.
- Sandwich with jam.
- Whip the fresh cream.
- Then cover the top with whipping cream.
- Cut the cake into desired size and decorate cream and fruits.
