Mixed Fruit Party Cake

Baking Overview

  • Ingredients

    Sponge Cake

    A

  • 4 Eggs
  • 180 g of Sugar
  • 4 g of Salt
  • B

  • 130 g of Superfine Flour
  • C

  • 26 ml of Milk
  • l tsp of Vanilla Essence
  • D

  • 30 g of Melted Butter
  • Fruit Topping

  • 300 g of Fresh Cream
  • 4 pcs of Peaches
  • 10 pcs of Red Cherries
  • 100 g of Blueberry/ fruit jam
  • Preparation

    Sponge Cake

    1. Whip ingredients (A) till light and fluffy.
    2. Fold in ingredients (B) and mix till will blended.
    3. Add ingredients (C) and mix evenly.
    4. Add ingredients (D) and mix till well blended.
    5. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.

    Decoration/ Fruit Topping

    1. Cut the cake into half.
    2. Sandwich with jam.
    3. Whip the fresh cream.
    4. Then cover the top with whipping cream.
    5. Cut the cake into desired size and decorate cream and fruits.
