Christmas Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 300 g of Butter
  • 300 g of Brown Sugar
  • 320 g of Cake Flour
  • 300 g of Mixed Peel
  • 300 g of Raisins
  • 150 g of Red Cherries
  • 300 g of Pecans
  • 100 g of Dark Caramel
  • 5 g of Mixed Spices
  • 6 Eggs
  • Directions

    1. Beat the butter and brown sugar together until foamy. Add eggs and mix slowly with the flour.
    2. Add pecans, raisins, red cherries, mixed peel and spices.
    3. Pour into the mixture and mix well.
    4. Bake for 1 hour at the temperature of 180C.
    5. Serve while warm.
