Ingredients
Sponge
2 slices of vanilla sponge cake
1 slice of chocolate sponge cake
150 g of fresh cream (whipped)
Garnishing
100 g of blueberry filling (blended)
2 tbsp of cold water
100 g of decor gel
Almonds
Preparation
- To make sponge cake, follow the recipes as other sponge cake.
- Spread whipped cream and sandwich the sponge cake alternate.
- Coat cake with whipped cream.
- Freeze for half an hour.
- To decorate, combine blended blueberry filling, cold water and
decor gel until well.
- Coat over the cake.
