| Banana Coffee Cake Recipe |

- 225g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 100g cereals
- 100g walnuts, crushed
- 4 tsp coffee powder
- 1 tsp warm water
- 150g butter/ margarine
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas, mashed

- Preheat the oven to temperature of 180°C.
- Sift ingredients A thoroughly. Then add in cereals and crushed walnuts.
- Mix the coffee powder and warm water evenly and set aside.
- Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs gradually, one at a time and beat evenly at each time.
- Pour in the mashed bananas and add in the coffee mixture and blend evenly.
- Fold in the sifted flours.
- Pour the batter into a cake tin with the size of 25cm X 11 cm.
- Bake in the preheated oven of 180°C for 35 minutes.
