| Apple Cake Recipe |

- 1 apple
- 100g butter, softened
- 80g superfine sugar, 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100ml fresh whipping cream
- 150g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

- Peel the skin of the apple. Chop the apple finely. Mix the apple with 2
tablespoons of sugar.
- Cook the chopped apple on a moderately heated pan until it softened and become apple puree.
- Beat the butter until light and creamy. Add in superfine sugar and continue to beat
until the butter mixture turns white color.
- Add in fresh cream and mix the butter mixture evenly.
- Slowly fold in sifted flour and baking powder into the butter mixture. Mix evenly.
- Lastly, add in the apple puree and proceed to stir the batter evenly.
- Pour the apple cake batter into a greased square cake tin with the size of 18 cm x 18 cm.
- Bake the cake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at temperature of about 180°C.
- Remove cake from oven and leave to cool before serving.
