Ingredients
250 g of butter
180 g of brown sugar
4 eggs
400 g of pumpkin flesh (steamed and mashed)
300 g of self-raising flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of ginger powder
120 g of pistachios (toasted and chopped)
Baking Accessories Needed
- 1 piping bag
- 18 paper cups
Preparations
- Preheat oven at 180°C.
- Beat butter and sugar until light. Add in eggs and mashed pumpkin.
- Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Lastly add in
pistachios. Scoop the butter into piping bag.
- Pipe mixture from Step 3 into cups and arrange on baking trays. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
