Cupcakes are light and good stomach filler during tea time break. Cupcakes are also good for breakfast. Making cupcakes is a very easy process and it is the same as baking normal cakes. The difference is that you need to have piping bag and those cute little cup paper so that you can have the cake molded into cup form.
Depending on the type of paper cups you are using, you may also need to have special cupcakes tin (patty tin). Dividing the cupcakes batter among the cup mold should also be done carefully. As uneven batter division would resulted with uneven sizes of baked cupcakes!
Plain cupcakes maybe a little bit boring if served during special occasions like children's party. We can always decorate the little cupcakes with icing sugar that is is shaped into desired forms. The icing sugar can also be added with artificial or natural coloring to match certain creative shape colors.
