| White Chocolate Pistachio Cookies Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 180 g butter
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1½ cup plain flour
- 1 cup rice bubble, crunched
- ¼ cup dried coconut
- 75 g melted white chocolate
- 1/3 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
- Paper cases

Method
|
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Sift plain flour gradually into the mixture.
- Add crunched rice bubble and dried coconut.
- Spoon 1 teaspoon of the mixture into a paper case.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Dip into white chocolate and top with little pistachio nuts.
