| Vienna Cookies Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 250 g butter
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1¾ cup plain flour
- ¼ cup rice flour
- Melted chocolate
- Salt

Method
|
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Sift plain flour gradually. Add salt to taste.
- Put the mixture into a piping bag.
- Pipe on a baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack.
- Take a cookie and dip half of it in a bowl of melted chocolate. Repeat the process for other cookies.
