Swiss Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250g plain flour
  • 130g butter
  • 80g brown sugar
  • 50g corn flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ˝ vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • Some chocolate chips
  • Some almond flakes
  • Paper cases

Preparation

  1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla essence.
  3. Sift plain flour and corn flour gradually. Mix well.
  4. Put the mixture in a piping bag fitted with flute tube.
  5. Pipe on a paper case.
  6. Top with chocolate chips and almond flakes.
  7. Bake until golden brown.
