| Swiss Chocolate Cookies Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 250g plain flour
- 130g butter
- 80g brown sugar
- 50g corn flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ˝ vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- Some chocolate chips
- Some almond flakes
- Paper cases

Preparation

- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla essence.
- Sift plain flour and corn flour gradually. Mix well.
- Put the mixture in a piping bag fitted with flute tube.
- Pipe on a paper case.
- Top with chocolate chips and almond flakes.
- Bake until golden brown.
