- 250 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 60 g corn flour
- 40 g milk powder
- 60 g ground hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Plain flour
- Almond flakes

Method

- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla essence.
- Sift plain flour and corn flour into the mixture.
- Add milk powder and ground hazel nuts.
- Knead and shape accordingly.
- Top with almond flakes and brush lightly with egg yolks.
- Bake until golden brown.
