Sunspring Corn Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 125g butter
  • 60g icing sugar
  • ˝ oz corn flakes
  • ˝ cup dried coconut
  • ˝ cup custard powder
  • ˝ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • plain flour
  • egg yolk, beaten
  • almond flakes

Preparation
  1. Whisk butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add in egg and vanilla essence.
  3. Mix dry ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Knead and shape.
  5. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with almond flakes.
  6. Bake cookies until they turn golden brown.
