Strawberry Swirl Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

 Ingredients A
  • 140 g butter
  • 20 g shortening
  • 70 g icing sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ teaspoon strawberry paste
  • ⅛ teaspoon pink coloring
 Ingredients B
  • 260 g superfine flour
  • 20 g potato flour
  • 20 g coconut powder
  • 40 g brown raisins, chopped
  • 40 g dark raisins, chopped
  • 20 g hazelnut powder
  • 30 g corn flakes, chopped
  • 250 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 250 g white chocolate, melted

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients A one by one and beat until well mixed.
  2. Then add in superfine flour, potato flour and also coconut powder. Mix evenly.
  3. Add in brown raisins, dark raisins, hazelnut powder and also corn flakes.
  4. Blend the mixture evenly until it turns into a soft dough.
  5. Roll and flatten dough and cut out cookies using round cookie cutter and place the cookies on baking tray.
  6. Bake at temperature of 160ºC for 30 minutes.
  7. After baking, take out the cookies from oven for cooling.
  8. Pipe melted dark chocolate and white chocolate on top of the cookies, creating a swirl effect.
