- 150 g butter
- 100 g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Ingredients B
- 100 g plain flour
- 100 g cereal
- 25 g brown raisins, chopped finely
- 40 g cashew nuts, roasted and chopped finely
- 250 ml cooking chocolate, mixed with a little bit of pink coloring

Method

- Beat caster sugar and butter until light and creamy.
- Mix in egg with vanilla essence and beat evenly.
- Add in sifted plain flour and cereals. Mix evenly until the mixture becomes dough.
- Later on, add in raisins with cashew nuts. Mix evenly.
- Pipe the dough into round shape cookie and bake at temperature of 160ºC for 30 minutes.
- After baked, set the cookies aside to cool down. Spread the cookies with cooking chocolate.
