Prune Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 500g plain flour
  • 250g melted butter
  • 200g icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box of seedless prunes
  • chocolate rice
  • egg yolk

Preparation
  1. Rub butter into flour until mixture forms a dough.
  2. Add 50g of sugar.
  3. Mould mixture around prune to any desirable shape.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate rice on top.
  5. Bake until golden brown.
  6. Brush with egg yolk when cooked.
