| Olive Cookies Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 200 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 30 g milk powder
- ˝ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 20 g olives, chopped

Method

- Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg yolks, vanilla essence and a drop of orange coloring.
- Mix milk powder and olives in the mixture. Mix well.
- Knead and make an oval shape.
- Beat a white egg in a bowl and place the chopped olives on a plate.
- Dip the biscuits in white egg and roll on the chopped olives.
- Bake until golden brown.
