| Oat Alivantie Cookie Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 1 cup oat, grounded
- ˝ cup custard powder
- 1˝ cup plain flour
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 6 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ˝ cup butter
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- icing topping
Decoration
- 1 egg white
- 250g icing sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

- Beat butter until light and fluffy.
- Add egg yolk, follow by peanut butter.
- Stir plain flour, custard and baking powder.
- Knead well.
- Use an oval shape cookie cutter to design dough.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Pipe the icing on top.
