Maple Syrup Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 90 g butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1½ tablespoon caster sugar
  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • ½ cup groundnuts
  • ¼ cup currants
  • 2 tablespoons olives
  • Paper cases

Method
  1. Heat butter, sugar and maple syrup in a sauce pan.
  2. Stir until boil.
  3. Mix the sauce with cornflakes, currants and olives.
  4. Spoon 1 teaspoon in a paper case.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
