Ingredients |
Base
- 150g butter
- 200g plain flour
- 60g corn flour
- 50g icing sugar
- 1 tbsp coffee powder
- 1 tbsp hot water
- ½ tsp coffee essence
Topping
- 150g icing sugar
- 15g corn flour
- 1 egg white
- ¼ tsp vanilla coloring

Preparation

Base
- Mix coffee powder with hot water. Put aside.
- Sift plain flour, corn flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Add butter, coffee essence and coffee powder to the mixture. Mix well.
- Knead the mixture and shape accordingly.
- Place on a baking tray that is slightly greased with butter.
Topping
- Beat egg white until fluffy.
- Add sugar, corn flour and vanilla essence.
- Beat hard until all mixture well form.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture into a bowl and put a few drops of cocoa coloring.
- Top white icing on the base. Using the point of a knife, run the cocoa icing in between.
- Bake at 190ºC until golden brown.
