| Lemon Chocolate Chips Cookie Recipe |

- 125g plain flour
- 120g butter
- 100g chocolate chips
- 50g icing sugar
- 20g milk powder
- ˝ tsp lemon paste
- 1 egg

- 200g melted white chocolate colored rice
- 100g chocolate chips
- 200g white chocolate, melted
- Paper cases

Preparation

- Mix ingredients A in a bowl.
- Roll into balls. Fill in each ball with chocolate chips.
- Round it up again.
- Place into individual paper case and bake.
- Leave to cool.
- Take 1 tsp of melted white chocolate and pour on top of chocolate ball. Sprinkle with colored rice.
