Jelly Tart Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
250g butter
150g plain flour
100g icing sugar
1 egg
˝ tsp vanilla essence
Fruits jam
Preparation
Whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla essence.
Sift plain flour into the mixture.
Knead gently until smooth.
Roll into balls and place on a prepared baking tray.
Make an indentation in each ball. Fill each hole with fruits jam.
Bake until golden brown.
