Ingredients |
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tablespoons ice-cream powder
- ˝ cup rice bubbles, blended
- ˝ teaspoons vanilla essence
- 200 g plain flour
- 10 g dried coconut
- Red and green cherries

Method

- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence, ice-cream powder, rice bubbles and dried coconut.
- Sift plain flour into the mixture.
- Knead and shape the dough accordingly.
- Top with cherries.
- Bake until golden brown.
