Hazelnut Coffee Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 200g butter
  • 50g hazelnuts
  • 2½ cup plain flour
  • ½ cup hazelnuts, pounded
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp coffee powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 egg

Preparation
  1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla.
  3. Sift plain flour into the mixture.
  4. Mix coffee powder and the pounded hazelnuts.
  5. Put into a piping bag.
  6. Pipe on a baking tray and top with a hazelnut.
  7. Bake until golden brown.
