| Havana Cookie Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 150g plain flour
- 100g caster sugar
- 85g butter
- 50g Crisco
- 50g dried coconut
- 50g hazelnut, grounded
- 25g corn flour
- ˝ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg yolk
- red and green cherry, chopped

Preparation

- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add vanilla essence and egg yolk. Beat hard.
- Add all dry ingredients except for corn flour. Mix well.
- Then add corn flour to thicken the mixture.
- Knead dough and shape accordingly.
- Brush with egg yolk and top with chopped red and green cherries.
