| Golden Cookie Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 1 cup butter
- ˝ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ˝ cup crushed corn flakes
- ˝ cup corn flour
- 3 oz plain flour
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

- Whisk butter and egg until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Nux crushed corn flakes.
- Sift corn flour and plain flour in the mixture.
- Knead and shape accordingly.
- Brush the cookies with egg yolk and sprinkle a little crushed corn flakes on top of the cookies.
- Bake cookies till golden brown.
