| Dried Mango Cookies Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 140 g butter
- 110 g sugar
- 170 g plain flour
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 50 g dried mango, sliced finely
- 1 tablespoon mango essence
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk

Method

- Cream the butter.
- Add egg and sugar. Mix well.
- Add condensed milk and mango essence.
- Sift plain flour into the mixture. Mix well.
- Put the mixture into a piping bag.
- Pipe on a baking tray and top with dried mango.
- Bake until golden brown at oven temperature of 200ºC.
