Corn Flakes Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 90g butter
  • 4 cup corn flakes
  • ˝ cup groundnuts, chopped
  • ⅓ cup golden syrup
  • ˝ tbsp castor sugar
  • Paper cases

Preparation
  1. Mix butter, golden syrup and castor sugar in a sauce pan.
  2. Heat for 2 minutes, stirring all the time.
  3. In a bowl, mix corn flakes and chopped groundnuts.
  4. Pour the hot sauce into the bowl and mix well.
  5. Spoon 1 tsp of mixture into a paper case.
  6. Bake until golden brown.
