- 600g corn flour
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 cup castor sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 coconuts, extracted the milk
- Pandan leaves
- Cinnamon stick

Preparation

- Mix corn flour and plain flour. Fry the mixture to lighten texture.
- Beat the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
- Heat the coconut milk with pandan leaves and cinnamon stick.
- Add egg mixture and fried flour with the hot coconut milk gradually.
- Knead into a dough.
- Roll to about ˝ inch and use a desire cutter to cut for design.
- Bake in a moderate heated oven until golden brown.
