Chocolate Chips Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 250g plain flour
  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 50g walnut
  • 50g chocolate chips
  • 30g shortening (Crisco brand)
  • 1 egg
  • Vanilla essence

Preparation
  1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add egg and vanilla essence.
  3. Stir plain flour with walnut, chocolate chips and shortening.
  4. Spoon dough to prepared trays with room for spreading.
  5. Bake the cookies until golden brown.
