Cherry Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 330g flour
  • 250g butter
  • 60g icing sugar
  • 40g custard powder
  • ˝ tsp vanilla essence
  • salt
  • some red cherries

Preparation
  1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla and salt.
  3. Sift flour into the mixture. Mix well.
  4. Put mixture into piping bag fitted with flute tube.
  5. Pipe on greased oven trays.
  6. Top each cookie with cherries.
  7. Bake cookies until golden brown.
