| Cheddar Cheese Cookie |

- 120g cheddar cheese, grated
- 280g plain flour
- 120g butter
- 6 tbsp evaporated milk
- 4 tbsp oat
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp dried coconut
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 egg yolks

Direction

- In a bowl mix all dry ingredients; cheddar cheese, plain flour, butter, oat, curry powder and dried coconut.
- Gradually add egg yolk, evaporated milk and salt.
- Knead into a soft dough.
- Roll and shape accordingly.
- Sprinkle a little cheddar cheese on top and brush with the remaining egg yolk.
- Bake until golden brown.
