| Cereal Cookies Recipe |
Ingredients |
- 240 g plain flour
- 720 g cereals
- 240 g raisins
- 240 g butter
- 240 g brown sugar
- 120 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- A pinch of salt

Method

- Mix up plain flour, salt, cinnamon powder, baking soda and baking powder together. Mix evenly and set aside.
- In the mean time, beat butter and brown sugar and caster sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and creamy.
- Gradually add eggs slowly, one by one followed by vanilla essence and sweetened condensed milk.
- Then add in sifted plain flour into the mixture in Step 3 and fold the flour slowly. Blend evenly.
- Proceed to add in cereals and raisins into the batter and mix evenly.
- Flatten the dough in appropriate thickness and cut out the cookies using cookie cutter and place them on baking tray.
- Bake the cookies at 160ºC for about 15 minutes.
