Butter Crunchies Recipe
Ingredients
125g butter
1˝ cup plain flour
˝ cup caster sugar
˝ tsp baking powder
˝ tsp vanilla essence
2 egg yolks
red and green cherries, chopped
almond flakes
Preparation
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add egg yolk and vanilla essence.
Sift plain flour into the mixture.
Knead and shape.
Top with almond flake, red and green cherries.
Bake until golden brown.
