Ingredients
Sponge
135 g of sugar
300 g of butter
3 eggs
240 g of flour
80 g of cocoa powder
12 g of soda bicarbonate
400 ml of fresh milk
Chocolate Ganache
500 g of dark chocolate
280 ml of whipping cream
50 g of butter
Preparation
Chocolate Cake
- Use K-beater to beat sugar and butter until fluffy.
- Add in one egg at a time.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder and soda bicarbonate together and add into the mixture.
- Pour in fresh milk and continue mixing until all ingredients bind together.
- Bake in oven at 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
Chocolate Ganache
- Boil cream and add dark chocolate and butter.
- Then whisk until all ingredients become smooth and shiny.
- Let it cool at room temperature.
Finishing Touch
- Simply pour the Chocolate Ganache on top of the Chocolate Moist.
